About Our Business
Twin Cities Appliance Guys specializes in quality used household appliances. Every appliance is cleaned, tested, and verified to be in working order before it is sold. We are a local business serving customers throughout the Twin Cities area by scheduled pickup or local delivery.
Product Availability
Our inventory changes frequently. While we work to keep our website current, availability is not guaranteed until a purchase has been completed. Products may be sold, reserved, or removed from inventory without prior notice.
Product Condition
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all appliances sold by Twin Cities Appliance Guys are used appliances. Normal cosmetic wear consistent with previous use should be expected. Cosmetic imperfections do not affect the intended operation of the appliance and are not considered warranty defects.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change until a purchase has been completed. Delivery fees, when applicable, are quoted separately unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of scheduled pickup or local delivery. We currently accept:

Pickup & Local Delivery
Customers may schedule pickup at our St. Paul location or arrange local delivery within our service area. Delivery availability, scheduling, and pricing vary depending on location and are quoted individually. Twin Cities Appliance Guys does not offer nationwide shipping.
Warranty
Every appliance includes our 30-day functional warranty. Please see our Warranty and Returns & Refund Policy pages for complete warranty terms and claim procedures.
Limitation of Liability
Twin Cities Appliance Guys is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, commercial use, or problems caused by a customer’s electrical, plumbing, gas, or venting systems. Our maximum liability is limited to the remedies described in our Warranty and Returns & Refund Policy.
