My husband and I are so thankful for Nate and the TCAG! We had purchased a fridge from him last spring, found out a few months later (due to our own procrastination) that it wouldn’t chill, and despite the length of time between our purchase and our concerns he worked with us, promptly exchanging the broken fridge with one that not only functioned but also worked better for our needs and our space. 10/10 recommend!

Agreed to purchase a fridge they claimed to be brand new that they listed on Facebook Marketplace.  After I asked for details to possibly get an extended warranty they messaged me and cut ties.  Very sketchy and concerning as they clearly were not being honest.
