Returns & Refund Policy

At Twin Cities Appliance Guys, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Every appliance we sell is cleaned, tested, and verified to be in working order before it leaves our location or is delivered.

30-Day Functional Warranty

Every appliance includes a 30-day functional warranty beginning on the date of pickup or delivery.

If your appliance develops a mechanical or functional problem during the warranty period under normal household use, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to determine the best solution based on the situation. Depending on the issue, we may:

  • Help troubleshoot the problem.
  • Repair the appliance.
  • Exchange it for a comparable appliance, if available.
  • Refund the original purchase price if another reasonable solution is not available.

Our goal is to make things right whenever possible.

What’s Covered

The warranty covers functional failures that prevent the appliance from operating as intended under normal residential use.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage.
  • Damage caused during customer transport or installation.
  • Abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
  • Commercial use.
  • Problems caused by external plumbing, electrical, gas, or venting issues within the home.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Because every appliance is sold as a used unit, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Your coverage is the 30-day functional warranty described above.

Refund Timing

When a refund is the agreed resolution, we process it promptly — typically within 5 business days of reaching that resolution. Refunds are issued by the same method used for payment whenever possible.

Warranty Service

If you experience a problem during the warranty period, please contact us promptly by phone, text, or email with:

  • Your name
  • Approximate purchase date
  • Appliance model (if available)
  • A description of the issue

Many issues can be diagnosed quickly and may not require returning the appliance.

Transportation

Because every situation is different, transportation arrangements for warranty service are handled on a case-by-case basis. We’ll work with you to determine the most practical solution based on the appliance, your location, and the nature of the issue.

Used Appliances

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all appliances are sold as used appliances. Beyond the 30-day functional warranty described above, appliances are sold as-is, with no additional express or implied warranties.
